5-7 April - Bologna –Italy International intensive Workshop Mandalas as Wisdom Source

posted Jun 12, 2013, 12:34 PM by Annalisa Ippolito

I have no words enough for explain my feeling and my deep emotions.

Several months after our first workshop in Italy with Susanne Fincher and Marilyn Clark I feel that the grace, the devotion and all the big gifts that the mandala brought in my life are still fresh.

I have to give a big thank to all people, special women and men that attended, my husband that helped and supported me. The manager of Palazzo Isolani that gave us the beautiful historic building in the center of Bologna as place where stay for our long week end of mandala.

It was a great experience and if you are interested in you can contact me to this email: eventi@mandalaweb.info, subject “Susanne Fincher in Italy again”, and declare your interest to be part of this project. All together we can convince and invite Susanne Fincher and Marilyn Clark to go back in Italy again and replay the experience we had and more…

I prefer that the video with our photos shows something of these special days, the harmony, the joy, the deep knowledge that we are part of all we have met. And least but not least that mandala is a source of wisdom.

Mandala Medley ~ Four Classes in Making Mandalas

posted Apr 16, 2012, 8:58 AM by Annalisa Ippolito   [ updated Jun 7, 2012, 3:41 AM ]

Mandalas are
drawings within circles.
Historically, mandalas were created for meditation and the symbolic representation of the structure of the world in its many forms. Mandalas can also be created to explore the personal world and for self-expression.
Carl Jung described these mandalas as symbols of the Self, our true nature. Come discover the depths of your inner world in this fourpart series of mandala classes.

The mandala is a tool for your wellness and awareness, with its motion from centre to periphery and vice versa suggests a journey inside you and can help each one to enter into a new dimension of space-time marked by present.
The mandala is an invite to gain inner harmony and peace every day to approach every commitment and every activity focused and centred on you. It is a tool to live on "Here and Now" without dispersion of good energies in useless thoughts.
When you feel very hectic and entangled in activities is the time to make the effort to stop and take back your own present.
You need just five minutes a day, a few slow deep breaths and focus on the mandala of the month you can get your centre your energy and your lucid mind. And then go on...
